Cognia offers a unique approach to professional learning: The Cognia Learning Community with built-in coaching. This 24/7, online platform offers relevant, differentiated professional development (PD) when and where it’s convenient for busy educators. The Cognia Learning Community, one of the many benefits of membership, offers professional learning that:

Cognia’s professional learning connects the point of learning with application in the classroom, solving an enduring problem with traditional PD by improving the relevance and applicability to teachers’ daily practice.
After completion of any learning lab—and approval from an administrator—certificates are generated and stored in the Cognia Learning Community. Depending on state requirements, submit them to earn continuing education hours.
