Kristen DiCerbo is the Chief Learning Officer at Khan Academy where she sets the teaching and learning strategy for the company and ensures a consistent research-based pedagogical approach across our offerings. She leads the content, product management, and customer support teams, most recently in the launch of Khanmigo, an AI-based tutor and teacher assistant.
Throughout Kristen’s career, she has focused on the design of interactive digital technologies for learning and assessment. She has led teams focused on embedding learning science into curricula and learning tools. In addition, she has researched and published extensively on the use of data from learner activity in games and simulations to understand what learners know and can do.
