Dr. Jeff Rose is a forward-thinking and mission-driven educational leader with 25 years of experience. He has served as a three-time superintendent, assistant superintendent, elementary and high school principal, and classroom teacher. He served as superintendent in Canby, Oregon (a small rural community), Beaverton, Oregon (a diverse suburban district with 40,000 students), and Fulton County, George (Atlanta area, 100,000 students). In 2019, Jeff founded and was the CEO of Leading Ed, a unique and collaborative community of superintendents and their executive teams. Dr. Rose and the community of leaders were invited to join Cognia in 2021, and the Cognia Leadership Circle was born, now growing throughout the country and beyond. He is currently leveraging his knowledge and abilities to support other educational leaders with the mission of cultivating and supporting collaborative structures for leaders to tap into the collective wisdom of one another. As the Senior Vice President of Leadership at Cognia, he is also the host of Leader Chat, a weekly video and audio discussion with top leaders in the country.
